Ethan Ping?

Haha... Anyways, i was talking to my uncle the other night and we were conversing naturally,

Craig : So the next time I'm invited to the show, I'll take you along. You can be the boy who works under me, Ethan Ping...

And i was like, Ethan Ping? Who was he talking about?

Then he was muttering to himself... Ethan Ping? No, that doesn't sound right... Oh, it's Ethan Ling... Haha...

And the reason why he got it mucked up was because my dad's name is Ling Yew Ping... And being a kiwi... well... Let's just say they have a hard time with our chinese names... Haha...

Burnside vs Lincoln

Hehe... The top two Under 70kg rugby team went head to head last wednesday to determine who would earn top spot in the league... A quick rundown, Lincoln was by far the better team compared to Burnside... I mean, let's face it... They absolutely whipped Linwood, n they thrashed Cashmere whom we only narrowly beat... So then, we met at the upper fields of Burnside High, standing around in short shorts n a jersey in the bitter cold, running up and down the field just to keep warm, and we were waiting for was the ref... Of all people, the REF!!! Man, we waited ages, and in the end he didn't even turn up... Sigh, so we had to get a student from Burnside High who knew the rules of rugby to referee for us... N joy, joy joy... we drew!!! 22-22... Not a bad scoreline, Could have won though... Regretted taking myself off at halftime, wanted to let the other subs play but shouldn't have cause i was on form... Haha... Oh well, a draws a draw... Will be pllaying a team from England in August so looking forward to it... hehe...

Hehe... Looking back at all my photos from class and cf camp, i realised how different i look now... Haha... guess it must be the longish hair n the lighter skin tone... but still, i look much different than b4... amazing how things can change here... It's like... I could hardly rmb how i looked with short hair but well... with pics... Thank God... I look weird...

Long hair!!!

My hair is longer than ever before... Haha... So long that I can even style it if I want to... But i don't want to... Haha... Don't know why... But I look horrifying with long hair, it looks like my hair sticks out all over the place, especially when i wake up each morning... Haha... Oh well, at least I can save money from the haircuts... It has been 7 months since i last cut my hair... Woohoo...

Lol... It's been a while since i've updated hasn't it? Sorry about that but I haven't had much time lately.. hehe... What with exams almost every other day, rugby games and stuff like that, I reli can't believe i actually have time to write this... Haha... By the way, first things first, i've always wondered why i'm so happy while everyone else i know are sad... Why? i don't know... but i certainly don't take joy in the gloom of others... haha... So, just to let you guys know how i've been doing in school n stuff, not to be bragging or anything, but i got Merit for chemistry, Double excellences for Biology practical (my worm investigation), big thanks to prarthini for that btw, and for the theory exams on genes... N i manage to get every single criteria needed to pass my physics (which basically means i got everything right) n that means i am onli one of the few physics students who actually pass their exams... wee... N it's not because i'm smart, it's not natural, i just work hard n push my brain to learn that's all... Anyway, rugby games have been pretty good... We've been winning all our competitive games so far so life's good... the only one's we lost was a friendly game so it was not so bad eh? haha...

The school BALL is coming out so lately my uncle has been trying to get me to invite someone to the ball... haha... i mean, it's not like i'm shy all anything, i just don't want to... BUT... haha... i met this girl yesterday at a youth group, she said she would've taken me if she didn't have to go to wellington at the time of the ball... haha... Rn't i lucky? lol... who's jealous?

Sigh, my msn is not working so i can't come online... blast msn... wat's wrong with it? sigh... so now i can onli communicate through email or for those who actually have skype... i can even chat with you live... haha... but of course... who has skype these days... msn is much more convenient...

It snowed the other day as well, made everything look nice n white, pretty cool n stuff... made my uncle's fence look real nice... haha... Petrol prices are jumping off the roof... wat a pain... especially in the pocket... Ouch... lol...
