Grrr!!!!

I'm starting to despise the immigration office in NZ... it's just getting on my nerves... it's like, we've been there 3 times... and all 3 times the person we want to see is on leave... it's absolutely crazy!!! we have to wait in line for hours and when it was our turn, we were told that the person wasn't there so we can't apply for our RRV returning residence visa)... it's nuts!!! crazy!!! AAARRRGGGHHHH!!!! bad day... sigh... if i have to go back there again after tomorrow... i'm so gonna sue them...
